1. The 鉤 used in the lifting mechanism driven by manpower is tested with 1.5 times the rated load as the inspection load.
2. The 鉤 used for the power-driven lifting mechanism shall be tested with 2 times the rated load as the inspection load.

鉤出現下列情況之一時應報廢：
─ 裂紋；
②危險斷面磨損達到原尺寸的10%；
③開口度比原尺寸增加15%；
④The torsion deformation of the 鉤 body exceeds 10°;
⑤The dangerous section of the 鉤 or the neck of the 鉤 is plastically deformed;
⑥The 鉤 thread is corroded;
⑦When the wear of the 鉤 bushing reaches 50% of the original size, the bushing should be replaced;
⑧ 當工件的心軸
鉤磨損到原始尺寸的 5%，應更換芯軸。
